Terms & Conditions

1. We will dispatch the parcel within.48 hours after receiving the order (normally within 24 hours, some  case maximum 48 hours)
2. Tracking details will be shared immediately after dispatch of the parcel through an e-mail.
3. Free Shipping is through India Post  registered parcel service
4. For all COD orders, an additional Rs60 will be charged as the collection charge of the courier partner.
5. COD orders will despatch only after confirmation of customer via mail or phone call.

Return policy

1. You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Please contact our customer care representatives and they will arrange the pickup for the products.

Refunds

1. Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your bank account as soon as possible.
